He has extensive experience managing various stages of business growth across sectors; energy, investment banking, transaction advisory, agric and agro-processing, smart cities, mining and extractives.

He begun his career in finance as a banker and holds an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana and a LEAD Scholar from the University of Cape Town. He is also an alum of Achimota School. 

Gloria is an accomplished and enthusiastic Commercial Leader within the Tourism and hospitality industry. An excellent communicator with a proven record of driving performance and delivering impressive results with an in-depth knowledge of the Inbound Tourism market segments, including Corporate Travel, MICE, Domestic Tourisim, Leisure Travel and Travel trade.

She has Extensive global sales experience in driving growth within the UK and Irish Inbound markets, including FIT city breaks, extended group tours, sports tourism and flash sales models to achieve ”ahead and gaining” global market share.

She studied Law & Human Resource Management at the   Middlesex University

Shirley Lamptey is a renowned corporate lawyer with over a decade experience in Ghana. She was the VP Legal & Compliance at IC Securities (Ghana) Limited, an investment banking firm; an Associate of Bentsi-Enchill & Letsa & Ankomah, among others. 

Shirley has worked as advisor, and sat on the boards of various companies across sectors. Shirley is a graduate of the University of Hull in England and holds an LLB. Honours in Law and a Qualifying Certificate in Law (BL) from the Council of Legal Education. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Andy Asiedu is an HR, organisational development and resources management consultant. He leads senior management engagement. His experience spans Aviation, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation. 

Andy  is a Certified Human Resource Project Manager (CHRMP), a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, among others. He has an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Coast, a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Political Science form the University of Ghana and an alum of Mfantsipim School.

Isaac Kobina Amoako is an experienced Software Developer and a Project Management lead for ICT Projects specifically in the Revenue Institutions and the private sector. He has also held roles in system enhancements mostly within the state. He is a trainer with the sole conviction of motivating developers and project managers to reach their potentials.

Ike is a member of the 1st ICT Expert Committee for the Africa Tax Administration Forum and an ICT Technical Expert in most ICT Projects within Ghana. He holds an MBA in Project Management from the Ghana Institution of Management and Public Administration; a degree in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; and also trained in Prince 2 and PMP Methodologies.

Dominic's expertise lies in business start-ups, offshore business development and marketing. He is a Business Faculty Member at Arden University, UK, teaching modules such as Digital Marketing and Contemporary Management Issues.

He has carried out extensive research, including a study on consumer behaviour in competitive markets, and has multiple publications in the Int'l Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and the Int'l Journal of Consumer Behaviour, among others.

Dominic is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII). He holds a PhD from Plymouth University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana.

Alex has a rich experience in the field of energy. He worked at General Electric US & Ghana Offices, NASA Marshal Space Flight Centre, among others. 

He has held roles as Team Lead, Regional Applications Engineer, Generator Specialist and Field Engineer. He also worked on the Exploration Systems Summer Research Opportunities (ESSRO) at NASA where he performed functions in support of DARTS (Demonstration of Autonomous and Rendezvous Technology Systems).

Alex has experience in Feasibility analysis, a decent mix of Mechanical theory and Electrical knowledge. He has key competences in Pro Engineering (Pro-E), Solid Edge, among others. He is also trained in Field Engineering Programmes with specialization in Gas and Steam Turbines.
